This picture of the full moon taken on 30 August 2023 was unedited. Strangely when I photographed the Moon, everything turn out blue ! It was indeed a blue moon to me since it was the second full moon in the same month of August. The moon was 99% full and cloud conditions were favourable as the moon was clearly visible during its rise from the East. Many people ask how to know the directions, it is simple, just remember the moon or sun always rises in the East and sets in the West, so one can’t get it wrong. And usually full moon rises during the late evening every month an hour or so before sunset in the opposite direction. The moon and sun are opposite each other during full moon phase.
