Image Details:

Living in the northern hemisphere, I have always longed for the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds. So when I came to Sydney, what I hoped most was to see the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds with my own eyes. I was very lucky to finally see and photograph the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds with my own eyes in the early morning of August 11, and even more fortunate to capture a beautiful meteor at the same time next to Canopus! This is the biggest achievement of my travels in Australia, and I am really happy to share it with EarthSky.
