Harbor Seal and Brant (Geese) are already returning north to their breeding grounds. Both species spend the winter here in the Mid-Atlantic U.S. (in New Jersey in my case) in good numbers and both will travel as far north as Canada in the warmer months. The Brant will go as far as the Arctic, while the seals will remain in range from Massachusetts to Southern Canada.
