The moon was already in its waning gibbous phase now and from what I know , the moon will appear a bright orange during its rise. So while waiting for it tonight, I decided to do a moon silhouette picture with the tree in the foreground. This is the result I wanted and it was an unedited photo and colour was what I saw. The moon appear blur as my focus was on the tree. Well, first of all I had a location in mind and a technique that I wanted to use, so the moon would appear large enough behind the silhouettes on the lookout, which is the tree in this case.
