Post-processing Details:

Increased contrast and color levels.

Image Details:

I was taking photos of the core of the Milky Way rising over the horizon, when I noticed a pink shaft of light in the photos that I couldn't see with my unaided eye. The light was initially vertical then shifted to a 45 degree angle so that it was bisecting the Milky Way and grew in intensity until the astronomical twilight started brightening the sky and clouds rolled in.

*Posted earlier with the wrong date - the correct date is 2/27/23 (this morning)!
