Equipment Details:

Canon EOS 1300D, on a Tripod, with remote cable switch. ISO 800, f/5.6, 2 sec open shutter, 250 mm focal length.

Post-processing Details:

A little contrast and color saturation, to sharpen it up.

Image Details:

On February 26 the moon passed very close to the Pleiades. I wanted to see if I could get the 44% illuminated moon and the Pleiades to show up well in the same photo. Then wispy, fast-moving clouds came along and framed everything oh-so-nicely. It was very beautiful to see and unusually clear for this time of year.
