Waxing Crescent Moon in Volcanic Sunset Twilight Arch.
On Saturday 2nd, after a week of almost continuous overcast, the three day old 10% illuminated Waxing Crescent Moon was photographed amongst remnants of cloud in clearing sky illuminated by another strongly coloured volcanic sunset twilight arch produced by lingering stratospheric aerosols from the massive Hunga-Tonga eruption more than 5 months ago.
