The low tide of -3.1 feet at Pirate Cove today is now the all time minimum height. The previous recorded minimum height at low tide was -3.0 feet. The rocks in the photo are usually covered with water but got exposed at low tide today. The seals sun themselves on the rocks as usual and the birds (murres, cormorants and seagulls) dot the big rock on the far right of the photo.
