Image Details:

Twilight at Black Balsam knob. The passing jet produced a bright contrail in the evening sky that appeared like fireball or meteor at first. It was high enough to catch the glare from the setting sun and quickly faded into the atmosphere after few minutes. The clouds engulfed the sky and mist filled the mountains soon after. And I wait there in anticipation of Tau Herculid Meteor shower.
