I took this prime focus image of the Great Jupiter & Venus Conjunction at dawn on Saturday April 30, 2022 from my backyard observatory. You can see Ganymede (leftmost moon), Io and Callisto flanking Jupiter, and the waxing gibbous phase of Venus. Visually, it was a striking sight, like two ominous eyes slowly rising above the horizon!
