Today's moon at moonrise showed up gorgeous, as always. Sometimes the moon looks ready, sometimes looks reddie. This time was both. Today looked red for the same reason the Sun looks red at sunrise. Still looking as Full moon illuminated at 98.5%, but today , a day after the first full moon of the year it started already being a Waning Gibbous moon.
