4" refractor + Canon 6D, ISO100, 1/2000 s.
Down-size.
An evening with lots of clouds - as usual, when interesting things happen in the sky.
I get out of the city, hoping for a clean shot at a very thin Venus - on Jan 7 was only 0.4% illuminated and only 5 degrees from the Sun.
After a long time of crossing fingers I finally get a small window in the clouds, enough to frame this picture.
