I had wondered what bright object I was seeing in the southwest right after sunset and found it was Jupiter. Thanks to finding Earthsky I learned that I could see Jupiter, Saturn & Venus as well as the moon last night! Don't have much experience with night sky photography but I think this got me hooked.
