A scourge of Asian Glossy Starling helping themselves to the palm tree berries this morning. The berries are more than enough to last them for days or weeks as the fruites are ripening in abundance. This shot was taken at close proximity , some 10 metres away. They do not cause any nuisance to the residents as they usually hide away in trees and only appears at times like this when they scourge for food.

According to Wikipedia sources, the Asian glossy starling is a species of starling in the family Sturnidae. It is found in Bangladesh, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
