Moon leaving Earth's shadow on Nov 19th This image was taken during the Partial eclipse phase (36%). Clouds were arriving from the west and the moon had started descending behind the tree line. You can see the haze and strands of blurred branches. This was one final shot before we had to end the awesome moon gazing session on the night of the longest lunar eclipse! We really got lucky with the clouds. They arrived after the maximum eclipse phase was over.
