Equipment Details:

Canon R5; Canon RF 15-35mm @ 25mm; f/4.5; ISO800; 1.3 seconds
I used PhotoPills to plan the location of the shoot and processed the photo in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Post-processing Details:

I blended in a longer exposure for the water (15 seconds) to smooth it out and I noticed the lights reflecting on the shoreline...so I thought this added to the image. Minor curves adjustments in photoshop.
