Sarasota was clouded over with rain. But we set the alarm to go outside hoping for clearance. We got it for about 30 minutes. This photo was taken from my backyard looking west. Orion and the other stars were visible as the Moon went dark. Extraordinary feeling. Just a grandmother silently shooting at the moon's eclipse without fancy cameras. Yet stunned by the majesty of it.
