Image Details:

The moon and Venus were visible at least 15 minutes before sunset on Maui. I watched them as it started to get dark. The jets approach the airport at Kahului by flying right over our place on Maalaea Bay. I saw a jet coming on thought, oh boy, I think it is going to go right between them. Grabbed my iPhone and got this shot! By the time the moon and Venus set, there was less than the width of the moon between them. Wished I'd had a real camera, hoping that someone with a real setup did!
