Equipment Details:

ASI533MC camera, Celestron 150mm f/5 reflector with Baader coma corrector and L-eNhance filter, SkyWatcher EQ6R mount.

Post-processing Details:

25 8-minute lights plus calibration frames were stacked with ImagesPlus, followed by post-processing with Photoshop, ImagesPlus, and MS Photo.

Image Details:

NGC 281, aka the Pacman Nebula because of its resemblance to the video game character, is a very bright emission nebula and star-forming region located in the constellation Cassiopeia. The nebula, which about 9,200 light years from Earth, also contains a young open star cluster (IC 1590).
