This image shows Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko as a fuzzy, elongated "star" due to its motion against the fixed background stars. Currently located within the constellation of Taurus the Bull, the comet is at magnitude 11.5. The 10-minute exposure was captured from my backyard in San Jose, CA on the morning of September 24, 2021.
