Today is the first day of the new year 2014 in Ethiopia. Yes, we have a different calendar 7/8 years late than the common one. The rainy season is about to end in a few weeks, and the sky is cloudy and we are getting high rainfall these days. But in this New Year holiday, I was luck to capture this waxing crescent with 27% illumination and 368,512KM distance.
