This is the north west of Singapore and from one look, it could be mistaken that the sun is in the midst of these clouds, which is not. It is the opposite direction of the sunrise in the east where the sun's reflection is actually on the glass panel of the building.
This is the anticrepuscular rays, or antisolar rays, an optical phenomena similar to crepuscular rays, but appear opposite of the Sun in the sky. Anticrepuscular rays are dimmer than crepuscular rays because backscattering is less than forward scattering. The white clouds on the left and right give the view an added beauty.
