The River Tees in upper Teesdale,Co Durham, north east England.Looks bucolic and peaceful?Think again during nearly all of my 10km walk there was the constant noise of low flying military fighter jets pretty terrible but a photo doesn't capture all the noise forced upon us largely by internal combustion engines of various and varied types .
