Robot hand ties shoelaces and deals cards

In this video, Nigel Ackland demonstrates how his new robotic hand allows him to do ordinary things with extraordinary technology.

Watch this video of Nigel Ackland demonstrating the use of his robotic prosthetic hand, called bebionic3, to do some impressive tasks like opening drawers, tying shoelaces, and dealing cards. Nigel lost his arm in an accident six years ago and was fitted with the bebionic3 arm back in November, 2012. And it looks like he’s getting the hang of it!

This video is an inspiring example of how technology can be life-changing. Thanks for sharing the video, Nigel.
