In the early morning of April 3, at minus 20 degrees Celsius, we were waiting for the aurora in Fairbanks, 65 degrees north latitude. The faint green aurora that was originally on the top of the northern mountain suddenly began to fly all over the sky, and the sky was as dazzling as a big tutu that was constantly swinging! It was the first time we saw such a spectacular auroras flying around. A group of us screamed, and our bodies that were so cold forgot all the stinging pain. After flying wildly for nearly 30 minutes, the aurora transformed into a rolling curtain and slowly drifted, finally forming a starry sky full of green light. The first time I saw the Big Dipper on the zenith, the first time such a spectacular swaying aurora, the first time I saw the sky full of green stars, I couldn’t help but admire it!
