NGC 3628 is a spiral galaxy located in the constellation Lion and is 35 million light-years away from us. It was discovered by the scientist William Herschelvi in 1784. It extends over a distance of approximately 300,000 light-years. It is part of the Lion Trilogy, a small galaxy group located in the lion and includes two other galaxies: M65 and 66.
