In the short window between dawn and dusk, "the Devil comet" (known for the crescent shape of its nucleus that in some images looks like horns) rapidly began to set while passing near the brilliant star, Hamal. With only a short window available, I used my HyperStar set up to image at 510mm and f/2. This gathers light about 25 times faster than my traditional setup. I did not use any filters, just my one-shot color camera. The result is this image I named, "The Devil's Diamond."
