Image Details:

Twice a year the Sun sets behind the 95 meter cross atop Mount Samat in Pilar Bataan, Philippines.
March is the best time to make an image as August is the monsoon month.
It is situated about 50 kilometers across the Manila bay, and since there are no ferries or boats that traverse in between, it will take you at least 3 hours by land to reach the shrine dedicated to Filipino and American soldiers during the second World War.

Image was taken from the 42nd floor of a high rise building in Quezon City, Philippines.
March 12 is the date for Quezon City that the sun is directly behind the cross, but the haze was thick and I made the image the next day when it was clear.
