The image is a composite where foreground was shot at blue hour and the sky is a tracked and stacked image over 1.5hrs. The position of the sky compared to the foreground has been matched.
For the final version of the image I decided to test how the image would look like if enhanced the reds in the nebulisty to mimic the effect of using an H-alpha filter. I know it may not the most accurate representation, but I like how it adds more intensity to the image. Version B shows the original edit.

Just because our eye’s aren’t powerful enough to detect it “clearly” doesn’t mean its not there.

This is a zoomed in view of the lower portion of the Milky Way core as seen from the White Desert of Egypt. In it, an illusive nebula to us living in the northern hemisphere is visible for a very short time before it sets again behind the horizon. The Dragons of Ara and their Egg are one of the most intriguing deeps space objects to me and a target I plan on returning to and perfecting again and again.

One of the theories of where the the name “Agabat Valley” comes from is Arabic for "Valley of Wonders". I felt it fitting to capture the wonders of our galaxy through the wonders of our planet.
