Image Details:

I had a second opportunity to visit Yosemite during the new moon. This picture is made from stacking 230 102 MP images from my Fujifilm GFX100S. The bright streak to the right of center is Jupiter with Bridalveil Falls barely visible below it. If you look closely above and to the left of El Capitan, you can see a meteor. The GFX100s sensor has a very different dynamic range to the sensor in my Nikon Z7, which was what I took the previously posted image of the stars over Yosemite Valley, taken July 4th. Thank you to the Earth Sky team for posting our photos.
