The 10 shots were stacked and blend together in Photoshop and the exposure of stars slightly increased to compensate the strong Moon light.

In the center, the "overlay" of the constellation of Ursa Minor, in whose tip of the tail is the North star.
Among other constellations we can see Ursa Major "crossed" by the ISS on the left, the North Star in the center and the constellation Cassiopeia on the right over the illuminated area.
The Moon on the way to Full Moon with an illumination of ~78% allows you to record all the details of the landscape.
