We had just finished a spectacular Chesapeake Bay bird walk, and pulled over when we saw the Sun sinking, a crazy color from the Canada smoke haze. I feel as if this must be a Sun spot near the center, which is crazy to see with the naked eye! And could those actually be solar flares?
