Image Details:

I observed and photographed the penumbral lunar eclipse on the night of May 5-6, 2023 in my small homeland, near Nakhodka. I used my camera Canon EOS 60D and 150-mm telescope. At the beginning of the eclipse, the sky was covered with clouds, and before the maximum phase (in the photo), the Moon was already visible through the haze. The darkening at the northern limb was perfectly visible to the naked eye, the haze even improved this visibility. I did a live stream, the recording is available at the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0m2gdBPWGR8
