Okay, not a terribly impressive aurora photo, right? But that was what the iPhone camera picked up (and this photo is not processed) over NEW.YORK.CITY!!! (Taken from across the bay in Keyport, NJ 4/23/23 11:01 PM EDT) This was some solar storm!
