The image represents that as Our Earth rotates from West to East we see the stars moving from East to West ,leaving the Polaris (Pole Star) static in it's own position, though it rotates anti-clockwise making in a circular path. The movement of Pole Star is negligible in naked eye but the movement gets captured while making a Star Trail pointing towards Geographical North.
p.s: Straight lines with red blinks are the flyby flights.
