Cropped, enhanced, denoised.

A cell phone capture of the Milky Way over the Salt Lake City light dome along Highway 80 West near Wendover, NV. While cell camera technology isn't up to par with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, it's still amazing that it can capture this.  Made for a 6 X 3 inch screen, the enlargement degrades visual quality quite a bit. Very garish and noisy is what I think of when viewing it. But when I show my coworkers they  Oooh and Aahhh like it was a Hubble Space Telescope image.  I had 3 other cameras running and thought why not, run the cell phone, too. I still have tons of images to sort out, stack and post process.  The 21 cell pics  I took are easy "down and dirty" jobs. Can't hardly wait for April's New Moon phase and another Astro Adventure.
