Very large crop and enhance

This was taken from a very far distance at a Great Blue Heron rookery. There are six nests in this rookery located in marshland at a preserve. When I was there I spotted seven blue herons on nests, this being the only couple. Like so many other birds and raptors in the northeast, it is breeding season for them.
