Image Details:

A dual narrow band Ha and Oiii filter captures Nova Cassiopeiae in a beautiful area of the sky with the Bubble Nebula and M52 open cluster. This image was made in Austin, Texas, under a Bortle 7 city light dome with a 2" telescope and one shot color camera. The HOO palate and careful calibration gives this narrow band image a natural appearance.
Nova Cassiopeiae 2021 is the reddish star in the center top, directly above the Bubble Nebula and to the left of the M52 open cluster.
