Every year, Wild fires in Central Canada create a smokescreen effect in the northern Midwest. It is a unique skygazing experience because we can hardly notice the smokescreen. The Sky looks normal, just a little grey/pink. The sun, however, gives away the smokescreen effect. It has the cool pinkish orange color in the afternoon.
