The Sierra Buttes 8600' elevation shot from the Northeast looking Southwest - always waiting for the perfect sunset. Wednesday I got the storm clearing and a phenomenon I call "Mist Shadows". This is sunset behind the mountain and a shadow created. I have witnessed this several times and feel thrilled every time!
