Photoshop Elements 15 - image size reduction and compilation of mosaic with minimal application of Star Spikes Pro filter to point sources of light

Crescent Moon and Venus above Musasa tree in garden from dawn to approaching sunrise.
On Saturday 15th (August) the Waning Crescent Moon (20% illuminated) and Venus were observed from just after dark (while early morning mist was clearing) until half an hour before sunrise. As dawn broke the Moon and Venus were captured in a number of foreground illuminated garden settings with the sky becoming brightly coloured by the approaching sunrise.
