Growing slimmer and slimmer, setting sooner after the Sun and falling faster and faster, Venus is about to pass between the Earth and the Sun. It's a challenging hunt to see and catch this prey before it escapes under the horizon, but well worth it. I just hope the cool, clear, crisp, cloudless weather holds up until the end of Venus' waning. See it for yourself! Thank you to EarthSky for your much-appreciated work, which is enjoyed by so many, all over the world.
