Just as Venus is diving into the sun and to disappear from our evening sky, Mercury is doing the opposite movement, and so the pair will get closer and just in 3 days Mercury will pass Venus and be higher.
Mercury still hard to see with the naked eye especially at these stupidly hot days in Israel with lots of haze and dust in the air, but caught nicely with the camera.
