Even though Venus will be obscured by that Pine tree in a few days, I decided not to cut it down. It helps me track Venus' northerly movement each night.
The Crescent Moon is now 50 times brighter than Venus. I calculated that using the area of the illuminated clouds around each object. I'm joking. I forgot my Calculus. I can't remember the last time I had to integrate an equation. But I think there are apps for that.
