Post -Sunset Crepuscular Rays
Ten minutes after the Sun had set at the base of a growing cumulus cloud (as described yesterday) post-sunset crepuscular rays started to be projected above it. The accompanying photograph, taken from a different viewpoint on Murambi Heights, provides a view of the fading crepuscular rays and cloud shadows above the cloud at 6.39 pm. The top of the cloud is catching the last rays from the Sun from below the horizon.
