Photoshop Elements 15- image size reduction

Ten minutes after the Sun had set at the base of a growing cumulus cloud (as described yesterday) post-sunset crepuscular rays started to be projected above it. The accompanying photograph, taken from a different viewpoint on Murambi Heights, provides a view of the crepuscular rays and cloud shadows at 6.32 pm.
