Eerie Moonset - Part 2
Between 3.51 and 3.57 am on Saturday the Waxing Gibbous Moon made brief ghostly appearances between encroaching shrouds of sinister dark cloud as it descended towards a mysterious looking Musasa tree (which I call the ‘Solstice Tree’) which stands like a lone sentinel on the southern slope of Transmitter Hill at the point where the Sun sets near the Winter Solstice.
