Got a new refractor recently. A TS Optics 115mm triplet apo. Planning to use it for both visual and astrophotography.

Was out observing last weekend, first clear nights in over a month. Hard to believe that I got some clear nights right after a new telescope arrives, but it is true :)

Snapped a couple of photos of the moon. This one is at 160x with Samsung S7 trough eyepice. Some lateral colors from the eyepiece is showing in the top lunar limp in the picture, but pretty good detail nontheless. I love this apo :)

I think this this circular mountainridge encircles Mare Imbrium which I believe is the second greatest impact crater on the moon.
