This was taken with a Celestron CPC 11 at f6.3. The camera was a Nikon D810 at 800iso and 4 seconds.
Photoshop to balance the exposure to match what was the visual appearance . Slight sharpening.
This was a fairly challenging eclipse to capture. Since the moon was off center in the shadow, one edge was much brighter. It made it difficult to get the right exposure. I also really wanted the stars, so there's a real push/pull on exposure. It was certainly chilly in my observatory and of course there were battery issues with the cold. I tried to get the image to match a binocular/finder view.
The dark winter sky made a number of step outside and just gawk intervals necessary.
