Canon 7D MkII with Sigma APO 150-500mm DG OS HSM lens and Sigma 2x teleconverter
RAW develop/HDR details/Warmth&brilliance settings in Luminar 3
This was taken from my back yard at around 12:45AM on Monday January 21st 2019. Due to the fact that the long lens and teleconverter combo made it impossible for my tripod to obtain a steep enough angle to frame the moon, I had to go handheld. The exposure is 1/50 sec ISO16000 at f13. Mean temperature outside was -20°F with windchill so holding the camera steady was definitely a challenge. It took about 125 exposures to get this one that I thought was good enough due t camera shake.
